Brownies
Ingredients
Butter – 200g
Chocolate – 200g
Eggs – 200g (still 4 large eggs)
Salt – 3g
Granulated Sugar – 200g
Dark Brown Sugar – 200g
Vanilla Extract – 8g
All-Purpose Flour – 100g
Scaled down to use one egg
50g – Butter
50g – coco powder
50g – Eggs (about 1 large egg)
0.75g – Salt
50g – Granulated Sugar
50g – Dark Brown Sugar
2g – Vanilla Extract
25g – All-Purpose Flour
Tweaked to use measuring spoons / volume (measurments slightly tweaked to make it easier to measure)
4 tablespoons – Butter (½ stick)
3 tablespoons – Co co powder
1 large egg
⅛ teaspoon – Salt (just a pinch)
3 tablespoons – Granulated sugar
3 tablespoons – Packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon – Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons – All-purpose flour
Instructions
- Simply mix everything together (I just use a fork and a bowl)
- Oil a coffee mug and poor it in, then microwave checking it every 30 second or so until it's done.
If you have a food thermometer it takes any guess work out, once the temperature is around 180 deg f it's done
