Kewpie Mayo (Japanese Mayo)

Ingredients

Immersion blender (If you know how to make mayo in a blender you can use that instead) Small container (one just big enough for the immersion blender to fit) 1 cup of vegetable oil 2 egg yolks 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar 1 tablespoon of malt vinegar 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of sea salt 1/2 teaspoon of msg 1/8 teaspoon of hon-dashi 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to the small container. Then place the immersion blender in, keep it at the bottom and blend at high speed. Slowly raise the immersion blender as you see the mayo form. Continue raising the immersion blender as needed to make sure all the oil gets emulsified.
