Heya welcome to my blog! My co-worker got me into baking several years ago, and slowly it's become a hobby and addiction of mine.

I'll find a recipe I need to MAKE RIGHT NOW, then run into the kitchen to try it. Often when I should be making dinner, I'll be testing a brownie or cookie recipe.

I always take notes when I try a recipe, and I'm making this blog to share them with you.

One pet peeve of mine is when a recipe that should be simple, is way over complicated. As I make these recipes and take notes, I normally tweak recipes to make them simpler. If they are 95% as good as the complicated version but are wayyyyyy simpler. Why bother with the complicated version?
